The Greater Manchester Bereavement Service will be hosting the next monthly pop up on Thursday 3rd October 10am - 12pm, at the House of Books & Friends, Manchester M2 4AH.
The theme this year is about well-being in the workplace.
We will all be impacted by loss at some point in our life; in our personal life, our work place or our community. We know that grief can affect both our physical and mental health. Understanding bereavement better, could help your journey navigating this, or help you support those around you.
We are raising awareness of World Mental Health day which falls in October, by highlighting the impact loss and grief can have on our well-being and inviting people to join us to learn more about Bereavement, find support and connect with others.
Come along to the monthly pop up on Thursday 3rd October, 10am – 12pm held at House of Books & Friends, 81, King Street, Manchester M2 4AH.
The event is free to register via the Eventbrite link.
